Proactive/Ongoing Mental Health Support

Services complementary to existing EAP’s

Most EAP’s do not provide any psychotherapeutic services (i.e. CBT, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) which means employees can be left struggling without the correct support and intervention. Psychological strategies and tools can be proactive in preventing mental health conditions appearing or reappearing.

Option One – Full support and on-site days

  • Provide ongoing advice and support via email/’phone/skype for existing mental health first aiders, line managers and employees over and above what the EAP provide

To include:

  • Bi-monthly or quarterly visit on site for 1-2-1 consultations with employees.

  • The consultations can take the form of 1-2-1 sessions of 45 to 60 mins in duration per individual or mental health MoT checks which would be 20 mins in duration for each individual.

  • The sessions would include follow on support in the form of cognitive strategies, audio hypnotherapy mp3’s and online programs (i.e. anxiety etc;).

  • Bi-monthly:  Includes for one full day on site every two months plus ongoing support and advice for existing mental health first aiders, line managers and employees 

  • Quarterly: One full day on site every quarter plus ongoing support and advice for existing mental health first aiders, line managers and employees 

Option Two – ad hoc support

  • Ad-hoc support, as and when required, to employees who are struggling with their mental health long term and/or the EAP has not been successful in resolving their issues. Can be provided on an hourly rate or half day/day rate

  • Half day    Full day   Hourly

Option Three – ongoing support only

  • Provide ongoing advice and support via email/’phone/skype for xisting mental health first aiders, line managers and employees over and above what the EAP provides
